What is an Associate Sureprep?

An Associate Sureprep is a professional who assists in the preparation and review of tax documents, primarily using SurePrep software, which streamlines and automates the tax preparation process. They typically work in accounting firms or tax departments, supporting senior accountants or tax preparers by organizing, entering, and verifying client financial information. Their responsibilities may include gathering necessary documentation, ensuring accuracy, and helping maintain compliance with tax laws.
