Are you looking to grow your Supply Chain career? This dynamic company offers a local organization with strong ethics, and an opportunity to make an impact. In this role, you will create and execute the supply chain to ensure satisfaction to internal and external personnel. The Supply Chain Manager will collaborate with plant operations, engineering and product management ensuring all logistics, scheduling, purchasing and inventory is in accordance with company policy. You will transform the team toward company goals in quality, reliability, waste reduction and productivity. The company will rely on you for extensive expertise and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.


Essential Functions:

1. Develop, maintain, and improve procurement, scheduling, logistics and inventory management

2. Responsible for cost savings and customer management

3. Rigorous analysis of market drivers, cost structures and technology

4. Maintain close relationships with suppliers and customers which drive performance and collaboration

5. Advisory to category cost trends, materials, and supply base situations


Requirements:

1. Bachelor's Degree, Associates Degree or equivalent, demonstrated experience

2. 10+ years of demonstrated supply chain management

3. Strong knowledge of industrial manufacturing
