Position Summary

As an Associate Supply Chain Systems Manager, you will drive supply chain process and system improvements that enhance efficiency, support business growth, and deliver value across the organization. Partnering with cross-functional stakeholders, you'll identify opportunities, lead system initiatives, and help optimize the use of key supply chain technologies, including ERP platforms.

In this role, you'll also lead and develop a team of professionals, providing coaching, guidance, and support while fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and exceptional service. This is an exciting opportunity for a problem-solver who enjoys combining technology, process improvement, and people leadership to make a meaningful impact.

Job Responsibilities
  • Serves as a point person in the area for the identification and evaluation of process improvement opportunities. Applies process improvement techniquesย to recommend and implement solutions.ย 
  • Defines system project requirements, final solutions, and interfaces.
  • Coordinates decisions based on business requirements, system functionality, and "best business practices."
  • Facilitates on-going changes to system configuration and design to stay current with changing business needs. Participates in system configuration, data conversion, and testing processes.
  • Prepares and updates system and process documentation including functional specifications, configuration settings, testing procedures, end user documentation, etc.
  • Facilitates the preparation and delivery of end-user training on systems and assists users with questions as necessary. Provides 2nd level support for help desk calls.
  • Facilitates timely and thorough system testing for new system implementations and system updates/upgrades.
  • Troubleshoots system errors and performance problems so that business needs are met on a timely basis.
  • Assists with maintaining system security profiles and coordinates end-user access.
  • Leads, develops and coaches team:
    • Provides clear expectations, feedback and recognition
    • Participates in the hiring/selection process
    • Writes and conducts performance evaluations and progress reports
    • Handles associate relations issuesย 
  • Delivers results in line with the following key metrics/accountabilities:
    • Successful completion and delivery of key corporate systems initiatives (on-time and sponsor/stakeholder satisfaction)
    • Associate retentionย 
  • Responsible for maintenance of the Material Master Data in the ERP system and associated controls.

  • Provides training and oversight to the overall material creation and maintenance process.

  • Coordinates the workflow of the Compliance Products Systems team and assigns projects and priorities as needed. Critical functions include material master data governance, estimating, and product configuration.ย 

  • Carries out responsibilities in a fair, ethical and non-discriminatory manner and ensure that staff follows these same guidelines.ย 
  • Enforces and supports all company policies and procedures. Fully support the company's commitment to safety and the environment and strives to maintain a clean, healthy and safe workplace.ย 
Qualifications

Experience

  • 5+ years' experience working with Supply Chain software applications.
  • 5+ years of system/process analysis experience.
  • Prior project leadership experience with experience leading large cross functional teams.
  • Experience with an ERP system required, preferably SAP.

Education

  • Bachelor's Degreeย inย Business orย Technologyย related field.
  • In lieu of Bachelor's Degree, may consider an additional 4 years ofย directly related experience.

Computer Skills

  • Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
  • SAP implementation and configuration experience a plus.

Other Skills/Qualifications

  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong technical aptitudes.
  • Ability to facilitate project teams and work with all levels within the company.
  • Leadership skills.

Physical Requirements
