Part-time Front Desk Associate

Carteret Management Corporation is seeking part-time front desk associates for an apartment community conveniently located in downtown Jacksonville.

  • Downtime for study, reading, playing on phone!
  • For any experience levels!

Shifts available (may be filled by 1 or more candidates):

8:00am - 5:00pm - Saturday and Sunday

Key duties and responsibilities:

  • Greet and direct visitors.
  • Answer and direct incoming telephone calls and document messages.
  • Address general inquiries or direct questions to the proper staff member.
  • Monitor emergency alarm systems (if applicable).
