What is an associate student pastor?

Associate Student Pastors are church staff members who assist in leading and supporting the ministry specifically aimed at students, typically in middle school and high school. They work under the direction of the lead Student Pastor and help organize activities, teach lessons, mentor students, and build relationships with families. Their role often includes coordinating volunteers, planning events, and fostering a positive spiritual environment for youth.
