Overview

Seeking a skilled Associate Attorney with experience in Structured Finance, Asset-Backed Lending (ABL), and General Bank Lending. This role offers exposure to complex financial transactions, including private securities offerings, syndicated lending, and structured lending.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support structured finance and lending transactions, including ABL and securitization.

  • Draft and negotiate documentation for complex lending and financing deals.
