  • Technical Mastery: Advanced proficiency in CRE underwriting, including complex DCF analysis, DSCR/DY hurdles, and waterfall equity structures.
  • Industry Acumen: Comprehensive knowledge of various CRE asset classes (specifically Retail, Industrial, and Multifamily) and their respective underwriting nuances.
  • Professional Presence: The ability to command respect in high-stakes negotiations and act as a senior representative of the firm.
  • Licensing: Active FL Real Estate License is preferred.
  • Entrepreneurial Mindset: Highly motivated by a 100% commission structure and the opportunity to build a high-volume business within a market-leading firm.
Why SIG?

Sands Investment Group is a premier commercial real estate brokerage firm and a leader in sub-product type specialization.

  • Unmatched Internal Deal Flow: Our advisors benefit from a massive internal referral network fueled by 530+ active listings and over $1.9 Billion in active inventory.
  • Proven Track Record: Since our founding, we have closed over $10.5 Billion in sales across 48 states.
