Job description

Silver Summit Dental | Herriman, Utah

Who We Are

Silver Summit Dental is a high-performing, patient-centered private practice built on an established servant leadership culture. We believe dentistry is about trust, advocacy, and long-term relationships—not quotas or pressure-based care.

Our practice is systems-driven, values-led, and supported by an outstanding executive and clinical team, allowing our doctors to focus on excellent dentistry while continuing to grow professionally and personally.

Position Overview

We are seeking an Associate Dentist to join our busy, fast-paced office for two to four days per week, with flexibility for the right clinician. This position offers unlimited growth potential and a clear path to ownership for a dentist who aligns clinically, culturally, and leadership-wise.

With an average of 120 new patients per month, you will step into an environment with immediate demand, strong scheduling support, and meaningful case opportunities.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Provide high-quality general dentistry including diagnostic, restorative, and preventive care

  • Perform comprehensive exams and create ethical, needs-based treatment plans

  • Educate patients using clear, relatable language that builds understanding and trust

  • Collaborate with hygienists, assistants, and patient advocates to deliver seamless care

  • Maintain accurate and thorough clinical documentation

  • Participate in team huddles, mentorship discussions, and continuous improvement initiatives

What We’re Looking For

  • DDS or DMD from an accredited dental program

  • Active Utah dental license (or ability to obtain)

  • Strong clinical judgment with a patient-first philosophy

  • Comfortable in a high-volume, fast-paced environment

  • Excellent communication and chairside manner

  • Team-oriented, humble, and accountable

  • Growth-minded with interest in mentorship, leadership, and long-term partnership

What We Offer

  • Competitive compensation with strong production opportunity

  • Two to four days per week with flexibility

  • Unlimited growth potential—clinically, professionally, and financially

  • Doctor-to-doctor mentorship with experienced leadership support

  • A structured onboarding process with a daily guaranteed rate of pay

  • Average of 120 new patients per month

  • An outstanding executive and support team

  • Modern technology and efficient digital workflows

  • A culture rooted in Honesty, Respect, Service, Positivity, and Accountability

Why Silver Summit Dental?

  • Privately owned—not corporate dentistry

  • Established servant leadership culture

  • Strong systems without micromanagement

  • Patient advocacy over sales pressure

  • Clear runway for leadership and ownership
