This remote program provides comprehensive training, practical experience, and ongoing professional development to help you grow into a successful agency leader.

As an Associate Agent, you'll gain hands-on experience across multiple lines of insurance, including personal, commercial, life, and financial products. You'll learn how to identify client needs, recommend tailored coverage options, and develop strong, lasting relationships built on trust and expertise. Our structured training approach will help you master sales strategies, compliance standards, and business development best practices to set you up for long-term success.

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Active Property Casualty and/or Life Health insurance license (or ability to obtain one. We will pay for training material)
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Leadership mindset with a strong desire to grow professionally
  • Sales experience is a plus, but not required
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and adaptable
