Insurance Sales Career Opportunity – Start, Learn & Get LicensedMegan Green State Farm

Are you motivated, outgoing, and looking for an opportunity to build a real career in insurance and sales?
Megan Green State Farm is looking for a driven individual to join our team and grow with our agency. No insurance license is required to start. We are looking for someone with a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and the willingness to learn—we will help with the rest.
Start in Outbound Calling & Grow Into a Licensed Producer
You will begin in a cold-calling/telemarketing role, helping our agency connect with prospective customers, generate leads, and schedule sales opportunities.
This is designed to be a career path, not just a telemarketing position.

As you learn the business and demonstrate your ability to succeed, we will help you work toward obtaining your:
  • Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance license
  • Life & Health insurance license
We will help you through the licensing process and provide training and support along the way.

Once fully licensed and trained, you will have the opportunity to advance into an Insurance Sales Producer position where you can earn salary + commission + benefits.
What You'll Do
In the beginning, your responsibilities will include:
  • Making outbound calls to prospective customers
  • Starting conversations and identifying potential insurance needs
  • Generating leads and setting appointments
  • Following up with prospects
  • Learning our products, sales process, and customer service standards
  • Working toward established activity and performance goals
  • Beginning the process of obtaining your insurance licenses
As you become licensed and advance, you will begin quoting and selling Property & Casualty, Life, and Health insurance products and building relationships with customers.

You do not need previous insurance experience to apply.
