Key Responsibilities

As an LCSW, you will:

• Engage directly with clients experiencing mental health challenges, providing assessments, individual therapy, group therapy, and family therapy in both remote settings.
• Develop and implement integrated care plans tailored to the unique needs of each client, ensuring they have access to a range of services.
• Conduct comprehensive, evidence-based screenings, and coordinate further assessments when necessary to formulate effective treatment strategies.
• Utilize crisis intervention techniques when needed, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for all clients.
• Maintain accurate documentation and timely completion of reports, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and ethical guidelines.
• Participate in team meetings and quality improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery and ensure client outcomes align with organizational objectives.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse patient population, primarily consisting of individuals from under-resourced communities who face various mental health challenges. Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A valid LCSW license in the state of New York.

Compensation and Benefits

Wellness Psychotherapy and Associates offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 – 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
