HyveSolutions is looking for a Recruiter with proven communication skills and a strong work ethic who can work in a challenging, fast-pacedand energetic environment. You will be responsible for sourcing candidates for all vacant fix-term positions within our corporate and manufacturing Group which focuses on the assembly of energy-efficient, rack-level server, storage and networking solutions for a who's-who ofcloud-basede-commerce providers; roles range from warehouse associates to technician-level engineering.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the recruiting cycle including sourcing, screening, coordinatinginterviews,and managing customer and candidate expectations.

  • Work closely with hiring managers todeterminedepartmental needs and team fit; work closely with the Management team to actively source and vet candidates for vacancies

  • Create and post recruitment advertisements with local organizations as well as various online mediums

  • Work in partnership with Sterling to ensure all background checks are beingsubmittedand conducted according to Hiring Manager requirements

  • Coordinate with the Human Resources Business Partner for the onboarding and new hire orientations of all new associates of theHyveteam

  • Create and develop relationships with recruiting contacts in the community

  • Identifykey recruiting sources (including offsite recruitment events, career posting sites, career fairs) that align best with corporate needs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree. A minimum of three (3) years of experience working as a technical or high-tech Recruiterin a fast-paced corporate

  • Experience in corporate recruiting

  • Successfultrack recordin matching/ sourcing candidates and persuasive selling style when interacting with candidates

  • Proven success at devising innovative means to source high-quality hourly candidates

  • A strong working knowledge of Workday or similar ATS is preferred; must have exposure to ATS in a corporate environment

  • Experience recruiting both technical and non-technical candidates. Strong knowledge of the Bay Area staffing market.

  • Ability to actively engage candidates and quicklydetermineindividual motivation,driveand desire to succeed

  • Highly responsive to incoming communication with the ability and drive large-volume turnaround requests withina short periodof time

  • Proven experience managing multiple projects occurring simultaneously and an established background working cooperatively in a team environment

  • Ability to act as a Business Partner to advise, collaborate and challenge hiring managers

  • Demonstrated ability to work within federal,stateand local guidelines, whilemaintaininga high levelof productivity
