Warehouse Associate

You are: A trustworthy individual. Hungry to learn and grow. Hands-on and love to assist others on a day-to-day basis. Technically inclined and always curious how things work.

You have: Experience in a will-call style warehouse, managing inbound deliveries and staging outbound pick-ups (technicians & RMA's). A clean driving history (for local deliveries). A steady work history (3 years between hops), a pleasant disposition, high EQ.

Location: In-person (not remote or hybrid) 45 Kensico Dr, Mt Kisco, NY 10549

Schedule: Hours per week: 45 hours per week. Days per week: Monday to Friday (7:30am-4:30pm)

Your Contribution to InnerSpace:

Inventory Management:

  • Incoming shipments: Receive, verify, and process
  • Inventory: Organize and store in designated locations
  • Inventory audits: Ensure accurate stock levels in the warehouse and fleet vehicles
  • Warehouse software: Update inventory records & track product movement
  • Vendor RMA's: Create & process

Order fulfillment (for internal technicians):

  • Products: Pick, pack, and accurately prepare kits for on-time pick-up
  • Deliver to field: Products, kits, or supplies (when necessary)

Fleet management:

  • Scheduling, overseeing repairs, and performing minor maintenance

Documentation and reporting:

  • Accurate records: Inventory transactions (receipts, shipments, and stock movement)
  • Reporting: Inventory levels, order fulfillment, and warehouse performance
Skills & Abilities:

Experience:

  • Previous experience in physical warehouse operations
  • Familiarity with inventory software
  • Certification in warehouse management or logistics is a plus

Work environment:

  • Regularly required to stand, walk, lift, and move objects
  • Valid driver's license
