We’re looking for an enthusiastic, outgoing Member Service Associate to help our community feel their best at our upscale infrared sauna studio in Champaign.

About the Role

As a Member Service Associate, you are the face of our studio and a key driver of our growth. This role is a hybrid of consultative sales, in-studio guest experience, and proactive community outreach. You will play a vital role in creating a relaxing, premium environment for our members while building our business through lead conversion, membership sales, and local community partnerships.

What You’ll Do

Sales & Membership Growth

  • Drive membership sales: Proactively convert studio guests into long-term members by clearly communicating the health benefits of our services and matching them to the right membership plan.
  • Lead management: Follow up with prospective members via phone, email, and CRM tools to book their first visit and drive studio traffic.
  • Consultative touring: Provide professional, high-energy studio tours that showcase the premium experience we offer.
  • Goal achievement: Meet and exceed individual and studio-wide sales targets for new memberships and retail products.
In-Studio Guest Experience & Operations

  • Greet members with warmth, creating a welcoming and relaxing environment from the moment they walk in.
  • Manage guest reservations, bookings, and check-ins using our management software.
  • Maintain our high standards of cleanliness by sanitizing sauna rooms and common areas between sessions.
  • Organize linens and ensure all studio operations run smoothly.
Community Outreach

  • Act as a brand ambassador by representing the studio at local events, health fairs, and community gatherings.
  • Proactively build relationships with local businesses, gyms, and wellness influencers to drive brand awareness and generate new leads.
