At BNL School Pictures, we specialize in capturing unforgettable memories for students and schools. Our team is dedicated to delivering exceptional service and high-quality products to ensure picture days run smoothly for both schools and families. We're looking for a detail-oriented Operations Associate to join our team and play a key role in ensuring our school partners receive outstanding support throughout the picture day process.

Job Description:

As an Operations Associate, you will be an essential part of our operations team. You'll manage administrative tasks, collaborate with colleagues, and ensure that our services meet the needs of our partner schools. This position is on-site, Monday-Friday with the opportunity for overtime.  This position operates during the school year.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with the Operations Manager to ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time.
  • Provide administrative support including filing, scanning, copying, answering phones, and data entry.
  • Prepare and organize photographer packets, ensuring all required materials and supplies are complete and ready for each picture day.
  • Perform other tasks as needed to support the unit.

Qualifications:

  • Exceptional attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and quality.
  • Highly organized, able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
  • Proficient in basic computer applications, including Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Excel.
