The Opportunity
As a Utilities EAM Maximo Consultant, Sr. Associate, you will specialize in Maximo applications, assisting clients in optimizing operational efficiency through analysis, implementation, training, and support tailored to Maximo software. Within our Business Application Consulting practice, you will help clients enhance their operational efficiency by analyzing client needs, implementing software solutions, and providing training and support for seamless integration and utilization of business applications.
As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and deepening your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality solutions. Embracing increased ambiguity, you will be comfortable when the path forward isn't clear, using these moments as opportunities to grow.
In this role, you will leverage your skills to respond effectively to diverse perspectives and needs, using a broad range of tools and methodologies to generate new ideas and solve problems. You will develop a deeper understanding of the business context and how it is evolving, using reflection to enhance strengths and address development areas.

What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 3 years of experience

- Preference for a Master's or Masters of Business Administration degree in at least one of the following fields of study: Business Administration/Management, Chemical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Computer and Information Science, Computer Engineering, Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, Engineering, Engineering and Business, Industrial Engineering, Management Information Systems, Materials Science and Engineering, Nuclear Engineering, Production Engineering

The salary range for this position is: $77,000 - $202,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
