As an Associate Project Manager (ASPM) within the Worldwide Safety Assurance team, you will support the planning, coordination, and execution of technology-driven safety initiatives across domestic and international operational environments. This role will partner closely with the Manager of Technical Programs and cross-functional teams to support deployment activities, video analytics initiatives, project coordination, reporting, stakeholder communication, and operational readiness efforts.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, technically curious, collaborative, and comfortable working in fast-paced operational environments that require flexibility, attention to detail, and strong communication skills.

This role reports to the Manager - Technical Program Management.

This is a Full-Time 24 month (PH/IA) role.

Responsibilities / You Will
  • Support the planning, coordination, and execution of multiple concurrent technology deployment projects, ensuring milestones and deliverables remain on schedule.
  • Assist with project tracking, documentation, status reporting, risk identification, meeting coordination, and action item follow-up.
  • Partner with technical and operational teams during system installation, testing, validation, troubleshooting, and deployment readiness activities.
  • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), operational turnover, and seamless integration of hardware, software, and infrastructure solutions.
  • Analyze operational and system data, monitor performance, and develop reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate project progress and insights.
  • Maintain project schedules, deployment dashboards, and technical documentation while supporting knowledge-sharing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and site leadership to coordinate activities, communicate project updates, and ensure operational continuity during deployments.
Basic Qualifications / You Have
  • 2+ years of experience supporting projects, operations, technology deployments, or technical coordination activities.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience supporting stakeholder communications and status reporting.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to track tasks, timelines, and project deliverables effectively.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools such as Airtable, Smartsheet, and Jira.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional technical and non-technical teams.
  • Comfortable working in operational environments and participating in onsite field activities, walkthroughs, and deployment efforts.
  • Flexibility to support 2nd or 3rd shift work and occasional overnight activities as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting technology deployment, infrastructure, or integrated systems projects.
  • Familiarity with video analytics, CCTV, audiovisual, networking, and related technology solutions.
  • Proficiency with project management platforms such as Airtable, Smartsheet, and Jira.
  • Exposure to emerging technologies, including AI, machine learning, APIs, and IoT-connected systems.
  • Experience creating dashboards, reports, and presentations for leadership audiences.
  • PMP, CAPM, or similar project management certification preferred.
  • Experience in themed entertainment, hospitality, operations, or other highly dynamic guest-focused environments.
Education

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Project Management, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field is preferred.

The hiring range for this position in Anaheim, CA is $97,500.00 to $130,700.00 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
