Senior Software Engineer – Corporate Finance Technology

 

Position Summary


We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to support the Corporate Finance Technology organization. This role is responsible for integrating and enhancing vendor financial platforms that support Capital Markets, Treasury, Accounting, FP&A, and Financial Reporting. The successful candidate will develop cloud-based integration solutions, automate financial processes, build reporting capabilities, and improve the flow of financial data across enterprise systems.


The ideal candidate has strong Python development skills, experience with Microsoft Azure, API integration, data engineering, and financial systems integration.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain integrations between vendor financial platforms and enterprise systems.
  • Build automated workflows to streamline financial operations, reconciliations, and reporting.
  • Develop Python applications and services for data processing, validation, and automation.
  • Design and implement REST API integrations between financial systems.
  • Collaborate with Accounting, Treasury, FP&A, Capital Markets, and Finance teams to understand business requirements and deliver technology solutions.
  • Support implementation and upgrades of vendor financial applications.
  • Monitor production integrations and resolve data quality and processing issues.
  • Improve operational efficiency through automation and process optimization.
  • Participate in system testing, release management, and production support.
  • Document integration architecture, data flows, and technical solutions.

Compensation & Benefits

A reasonable estimate of the total compensation range for this role is $110,000.00 150,000.00. The actual salary offer will depend on job-related factors including education, geographic location, training, licensure and certification, and experience.
