ABOUT THE ROLE
UA Brands is seeking a Senior Frontend Developer to build and enhance modern, customer-facing web applications that support our ecommerce platforms and digital experiences. This role focuses on developing responsive, high-performance user interfaces using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, React and modern front-end development practices.
As a senior member of the development team, you will collaborate with designers, backend developers, product stakeholders, and business teams to deliver intuitive, scalable, and accessible web experiences. You will help drive front-end architecture decisions, optimize application performance, and ensure adherence to UI/UX best practices and web standards.
The ideal candidate is passionate about creating exceptional user experiences, writing clean and maintainable code, and leveraging modern development tools, including AI-assisted coding platforms such as Cursor to improve productivity and software quality.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Front-End Development
  • Design, develop, and maintain responsive, user-facing web applications using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript and React.
  • Build reusable front-end components and scalable UI architectures.
  • Develop new features and functionality that enhance the customer experience across ecommerce and business applications.
  • Implement responsive designs that perform consistently across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
  • Ensure cross-browser compatibility and adherence to modern web standards.

UI/UX Implementation & Optimization
  • Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate designs into functional, high-quality interfaces.
  • Evaluate and improve usability, accessibility, and overall user experience.
  • Optimize applications for speed, scalability, SEO performance, and Core Web Vitals.
  • Enhance existing interfaces and contribute to continuous UI/UX improvements.

Integrations & Technical Quality
  • Integrate and maintain third-party libraries, plugins, analytics tools, and front-end services.
  • Validate user input and ensure seamless communication with backend APIs and services.
  • Assess technical feasibility and performance impact before introducing new technologies or integrations.

Collaboration & Continuous Improvement
  • Partner with software engineers, product teams, and stakeholders to deliver business solutions.
