REQUIREMENTS

Prior experience in patent prosecution within a law firm or corporate legal environment
Technical background in computer science, software engineering, artificial intelligence, or a related field (advanced degree preferred but not required)
Demonstrated experience working with software-based inventions, including user interfaces, algorithms, or platform technologies
