About the Role We're seeking a Senior Salesforce Application Developer to play a critical role in designing, developing, and enhancing Salesforce solutions that deliver measurable business value. This position is ideal for a hands-on developer who thrives in a collaborative environment, enjoys solving complex technical challenges, and has a passion for building scalable, high-performing applications. As a senior member of the development team, you'll partner with business stakeholders, architects, analysts, and fellow developers to deliver innovative Salesforce solutions while mentoring junior team members and promoting development best practices.

What You'll Do Participate in requirements gathering, design workshops, and solution discussions with business and IT stakeholders Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce applications and customizations Partner with technical leadership on solution architecture and platform strategy Deliver high-quality code aligned with established coding standards and best practices Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers Perform unit testing, support deployments, and troubleshoot production issues Demonstrate new features and functionality to stakeholders throughout the development lifecycle Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive successful project delivery Stay current with Salesforce platform innovations, cloud technologies, and industry trends Support software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes, quality standards, and internal controls What You'll Need (Required) Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience) 6-9 years of professional software development experience Strong Salesforce development experience, including modern Salesforce platforms and technologies Deep understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile methodologies, and development best practices Experience designing and delivering medium to large-scale enterprise applications Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and analytical skills Experience conducting code reviews and mentoring developers Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently while collaborating across multiple teams and stakeholders Nice to Have (Preferred) Salesforce platform certifications Enterprise cloud application development Application architecture and solution design Large-scale Salesforce implementations and integrations Agile development environments EEO & Accommodation Mojo Trek is an equal opportunity employer committed to building an inclusive team where everyone feels welcome.
