Phenom People is seeking a highly motivated and talented individual to join our team as an Associate Deployment Strategist . As a leader in the HR technology industry, we are dedicated to revolutionizing the way companies attract, engage, and retain top talent.

We're looking for a Project Manager to lead the delivery of our platform from contract to launch. You'll serve as the main point of contact for clients, managing implementation while consulting on solution design and ensuring alignment with business needs. This role bridges sales, product, and customer success.

Please note: This is a full-time, hybrid position located at the headquarters in Ambler, PA, requiring Five (5) days per week in-office. Candidates must currently reside within a fifty (50) mile radius of Ambler, PA. At this time, the Company will not sponsor, transfer, or extend employment-based visas for this position, including but not limited to H-1B, TN, or F-1 OPT.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end project delivery across multiple client implementations
  • Serve as a trusted advisor on platform capabilities and technical setup
  • Manage project plans, timelines, risks, and cross-functional resources
  • Deliver value-driven product demonstrations tied to client needs
  • Collaborate with Sales on discovery, RFPs, and pricing strategy
  • Communicate project status to all stakeholders and drive issue resolution
  • Share customer feedback to influence product roadmap

What You've Done:

  • 4+ years in SaaS project management; experience with Agile/Scrum
  • 2-5+ years in solutions consulting or sales engineering
  • Strong client-facing and communication skills
  • Understanding of integrations, APIs, SSO, and technical configurations
  • PMP, Prince2, or Scrum Master certification preferred
  • Background in HR tech, HCM, or recruiting is a plus

Salary

  • Expected salary range $60,000 - $75,000
