As a Scientist, you'll be responsible for supporting the development of new products and processes from concept through commercialization by planning and executing trials, experiments, and technical projects. Come prepared to partner cross-functionally with teams to deliver business-driven innovations and ensure successful project implementation. On our team, you'll drive meaningful results through technical expertise, collaborative leadership, and a commitment to quality, safety, and continuous development.
  • Plan, organize and perform the necessary trials and experiments as required to deliver in a timely manner the development projects that meet the requirements of the regional business units and Global Strategic Business Units (GSBU)
  • Provide product and technical input and assistance within the Research & Development Network and externally (e.g., with Marketing, Manufacturing, vendors) as required on low complexity projects
  • Participate and contribute on project implementation teams by assisting with hand-off from development through start-up and providing operational training
  • Provide effective project leadership, complete all required documentation and project reporting in a timely manner, adhere to Company policy on protection of patent rights and intellectual property, and ensure all appropriate documents and project records are filed
  • Effectively communicate results of development through oral presentations and timely, written technical documentation and reports
