Job Title: Wellness Sales Associate (WSA)

Position Type: Part-Time, Hourly

Reports To: Studio Manager

Position Overview: The Wellness Sales Associate is a front-line, revenue-driving role responsible for generating membership sales, delivering an exceptional client experience, and supporting the Studio Manager in executing daily sales and marketing initiatives. This position plays a critical role in converting leads into members, educating clients on beem® Light Sauna services, and creating a welcoming, high-energy studio environment that drives retention and referrals.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Sales Execution: Actively drive revenue by confidently explaining the science, technology, and benefits of infrared sauna, red light therapy, and chromotherapy to generate membership, package, intro session, and retail sales during all scheduled shifts.

  • Lead Generation & Outreach: Responsible for lead generation via grassroots marketing, as well as event planning and attendance.

  • Communication: Execute inbound and outbound communication via phone call, SMS, email, and social media messaging to actively manage leads, inquiries, follow-ups, tours, and conversion conversations.

  • In-Studio Revenue: Perform in-studio revenue-driving activities, including first visit presentations, missed guest follow-ups, retail sales, and corporate sales outreach. Follow studio sales scripts, pricing guidelines, promotions, and closing standards.

  • Client Experience & Retention: Drive member retention through events, communication, and additional tactics. Greet all members and guests warmly and ensure every visit is outstanding.

  • Studio Operations: Maintain overall studio cleanliness and presentation. Perform thorough sauna and suite refreshes between appointments, including disinfecting surfaces, organizing amenities, and restocking supplies.

  • Assist with light administrative tasks, account updates, customer care calls, and special projects as assigned by the Studio Manager.

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to handle high temperatures above 135 degrees for short periods of time.

  • Must be able to stand for an extended period of time.

  • Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds.

  • Must be able to maintain clean saunas for members, which involves getting in and out of the sauna and reaching overhead to adjust settings.

  • Must be able to bend, kneel, and squat to access and adjust the saunas as needed.

Compensation & Benefits:
