Position Summary
This part-time instructional position has responsibility for planning, preparation, and presentation of quality instruction and for contributing to the fulfillment of the College's mission.
In most cases, part-time instructors will receive $700.00 per credit hour.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
1. Provides instruction in the appropriate teaching environment and evaluates student learning.
2. Responsible for class preparation.
3. May participate in curriculum development and evaluation.
4. Performs department/program responsibilities as assigned.
5. Performs institutional responsibilities which contribute to the fulfillment of the College's mission.
6. Follows institutional policies and procedures and fulfills the terms of one's employment.
Qualifications
  • Associate's degree in related area and related industry experience, with appropriate certifications, if applicable

  • Degree equivalency and related industry experience, with appropriate certifications, if applicable
  • Current knowledge in area of instruction

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
