Position Summary
As an Operations Engineer, you'll be the catalyst that keeps Taylors distribution centers flowing smoothly. You will be responsible for maintaining daily KPI targets, driving operational projects and supporting the Unit parts with issues. Will need good communication and project management skills to coordinate working with Vendors/Unit parts on projects.
Role and Responsibilities
Here's What You'll Be Responsible For:
  • Provide day-to-day operational oversight of distribution centers
  • Maintain healthy supply chain and inventory loops
  • Communicate and work closely with Unit parts on issues/improvements
  • Monitors, maintains and drive improvement projects
  • Design and develop new metrics
  • Mentor and couch junior associates
  • Establish repair/clean loops with the unit part that maintain Samsung standards
  • Work closely with vendors to resolve issues.

Skills and Qualifications
Here's what you'll need:
  • Must have BS Degree in Engineering.
  • 3+ Years with experience in project management, supply chain.

The current base salary range for this role is between $70,480 - $179,090. Individual base pay rates will depend on factors including duties, work location, education, skills, qualifications and experience. Total compensation for this position will include a competitive benefits package and may include participation in company incentive compensation programs, which are based on factors to include organizational and individual performance.
