Key responsibilities

  • Manage and grow the designated Florida sales territory.

  • Visit customers in the field, promote products, and develop new business.

  • Provide customer support before, during, and after the sale.

Job description

We’re Growing — Come Grow With Us!

Crouch Tow Trucks is looking for a Territory Sales Representative to join our team and help drive new and used towing equipment sales across the great state of Florida.

If you’re a people person, sales-driven, comfortable on the road, and passionate about the towing or heavy-equipment industry, this could be the opportunity you’ve been looking for.

The Opportunity

This is a remote, field-based position with a designated territory in Florida. You’ll spend most of your time on the road meeting customers, building relationships, promoting our products, generating sales, and supporting accounts after the sale.

Crouch Tow Trucks is a family-owned and operated towing equipment distributor for Miller Industries, offering the full line of Miller towing products, along with parts and service.

And because we believe in rewarding performance, this is a salary + commission position with exceptional earning potential.

What You’ll Do

Þ   Manage and grow your designated Florida sales territory.

Þ   Spend your days in the field visiting customers and developing new business.

Þ   Sell a diverse range of new and used towing equipment.

Þ   Build strong, long-term relationships with both new and existing customers.

Þ   Evaluate customer equipment and identify potential trade opportunities.

Þ   Grow market share and uncover new sales opportunities.

Þ   Provide outstanding customer support before, during, and after the sale.

Þ   Stay up to date on towing equipment, products, and industry trends.

Þ   Use feedback and coaching to continuously improve your sales performance.

What We’re Looking For

Þ   Proven success in a sales role.

Þ   Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Þ   Knowledge of automotive, towing, or heavy equipment.

Þ   Experience in equipment sales, medium/heavy chassis sales, or body/upfitter sales is a big plus.

Þ   A CDL is preferred, but you can obtain your Class A CDL while working with us.

Þ   Someone who is self-motivated, dependable, competitive, and ready to spend their time in the field.

A Few Requirements

Þ   DOT Health Card required within the first month of employment.

Þ   Class A CDL required within the first year.

Þ   Must be willing and able to travel throughout your assigned Florida territory daily.

Build a Career, Not Just a Job

We’re looking for someone who wants to build relationships, grow sales, support our customers, and build a career with a family-owned company.

At Crouch Tow Trucks, integrity matters. We want someone who will represent our products, our customers, and our company the right way — while building something for themselves along the way.

Ready to hit the road and build your future with us?

We’d love to hear from you!
