Sales Associate

Sales Associates are the welcoming faces of our valued company!

This position is a vital part of our guest experience and is crucial in contributing to the success of our company. Gain valuable retail experience by providing outstanding service, knowledge of our quality products; and ensuring the cleanliness of our stores. U Make Us Great!
What your role will involve!
  • Record all sales related transactions accurately collect proper methods of payment,
  • Follow company operational policies and procedures for cash handling and safety,
  • Follow guidelines for reducing theft loss and shrinkage.
  • Ensure safety compliance, enforce preventative measures, and react according to company policy,
  • Handle all food and drink items to meet or exceed health regulations.
  • Maintain regular, punctual attendance and accurate timekeeping,
  • Maintain a clean polished appearance, wearing the designated uniforms,
  • Act with integrity, honesty, and knowledge that promotes the culture and values of our company,
  • Abides by all applicable company policies, state, local, and federal laws and regulations,
  • Greet and deliver prompt outstanding service connecting with every guest,
  • Resolve guest issues and answers questions,
  • Use suggestive selling,
  • Follow all state and federal regulations for gas, alcohol, tobacco, and age restricted products,
  • Maintain safe and clean store inside and outside,
  • Complete shift reports,

  • Permanent Full-time or part-time positions are available; Seasonal or Per Diem (as needed) positions are available at designated sites,
  • Position is for a specific area/region not a specific store location,
  • Travel is not required for this position,
  • Shiftwork is essential. In our 24 hour stores you will have the opportunity to earn additional overnight pay,
  • We value work-life balance and provide team members with flexible scheduling,
  • While not required, overtime is available when authorized,
  • Salary range is competitive with the market rates based on the area,
  • Must be 18 years of age or older to qualify for this position because of the sale of age restricted products.

Most of the work is completed indoors. You can enjoy taking a break or working outdoors while keeping our parking lots attractive.

Team members are required to use Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) provided by the company when handling fuel or chemicals for maximum safety precautions.

Essential Physical Requirements Include:
  • Remain stationary up to eight (8) hours,
  • Frequently position self to reach items overhead, at waist, and floor level,
  • Frequently move up to fifty (50) pounds,
  • Occasionally ascend and descend a step, stool, or ladder,
  • Operate Point of Sale (POS)/cash register.
