Job Summary:
Bart & Associates, Inc. is looking for a Product Owner to join a contract with a federal government client in support of an important mission. The Product Owner will represent customer needs, manage the team backlog, and ensure PeopleSoft-related deliverables provide maximum value.
Responsibilities:
• Define user stories and acceptance criteria
• Manage and prioritize the team backlog
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders and development teams
• Ensure deliverables meet business and mission needs
• Support Agile ceremonies and sprint execution
Qualifications:
Required:
• Bachelor’s degree in any field/major – OR – Three (3) additional years of experience without a degree in Information Technology
• Three (3) years of experience as a SAFe RTE, Product Manager, Product Owner, or Scrum Master
• At least one (1) year of experience specifically as a Product Owner
• Three (3) years of experience working with PeopleSoft
• Experience defining user stories and acceptance criteria
• Ability to manage and prioritize a product/team backlog
• Strong collaboration and communication with stakeholders and development teams
• Hands-on experience with Agile/SAFe methodologies
• Must hold ACTIVE an ACTIVE Top-Secret Clearance either with an SCI or SCI eligibility
