Job Description Rolling Mill Automation Engineer Location: Memphis, TN Basic Job Functions: 1. Involvement in quality improvement efforts 2. Involvement in process and product development 3.

Team member training 4. Working closely with operations and maintenance teams to continuously improve automation and reliability. Safety is the most important part of all jobs within our company; therefore, candidates must be able to demonstrate the ability to initiate, lead, and uphold safety policies, practices, procedures, and housekeeping standards at all times.

Minimum Qualifications: 1. Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or equivalent technical training 2. Advanced problem-solving capability.

3. Experience with process automation 4. Proficient in programing Detailed Selection Criteria: 1.

Proven Safety leader and champion committed to a zero-incident environment. 2. Self-motivated, quality driven, goal oriented, cost driven, and organized.

5. Able to work with different teams and team members. 6.

Able to lead and inspire others. 7. Able to plan and execute trials and correctly analyze data and act on such data.

8. Problem solving capability. 9.

Proven team player that works effectively in a group. 10. Ability to clearly communicate findings and corrective actions to the team.

Preferences: 1. Proven ability to initiate programs and utilize analytical/statistical tools 2. Experience with rolling or heat treating.
