Concord Hospitality is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to help lead our food and beverage team in delivering exceptional guest experiences, consistent service, and operational excellence. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who supports team development, manages daily operations, and helps drive financial and service goals.

    Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and support staff in delivering exceptional service, food quality, and consistent execution

  • Train, mentor, and develop team members through onboarding, ongoing training, and daily line-ups
  • Participate in menu evaluation, product selection, and beverage procurement including liquor and wine
  • Assist in budgeting, cost control, and meeting F&B financial targets
