Senior Proposals Development Associate (Late Phase) - Remote, US

As a Senior Proposals Development Associate at ICON, you will facilitate the development and preparation of proposals for clinical trials, thereby contributing to the advancement of innovative treatments and therapies.

What You Will Do:

Your experience in proposal development will be key in delivering high-quality outcomes and mentoring colleagues.
Key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze information necessary for proposal development.
  • Assisting in the preparation and formatting of proposals, ensuring compliance with client requirements and internal standards.
  • Conducting thorough reviews of proposal documents to identify errors, inconsistencies, and areas for improvement.
  • Coordinating with subject matter experts to obtain input and feedback on technical aspects of proposals.
  • Supporting the proposal manager in managing timelines, tracking progress, and ensuring timely submission of proposals.

Your Profile:

You will have a strong foundation in proposal development, with the experience to work independently and guide others.
Required qualifications and experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, life sciences, communications, or a related discipline
  • Previous experience in proposal development, project coordination, or a related field within the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or clinical research industry.
  • Experience working on Late Phase proposals / RFPs preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively convey complex information.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Willingness to travel as required (approximately 5%)
