AVAILABLE SHIFTS:
Part Time: every other weekend 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM OR 2:00 PM - 8:00 PM

Rates start at $16.50 per hour

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
At our community, the Front Desk Receptionist is the information center of our community, managing all phone calls, greeting visitors, providing community information, managing resident transportation and outing schedules, and assisting residents with all requests. In addition, the Front Desk Receptionist shall be responsible for administrative duties as assigned by the Director of Business Administration. This position requires superior people skills.
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Technology: Experience with email, calendar management, answering phones
  • Physical requirements: Standing, sitting, bending
  • Communication: An ability to communicate effectively with residents and co-workers
  • Punctuality amp; reliability – Our residents rely on us to assist them with their daily living activities and we expect our associates to deliver on this promise.
