Job description

Job Title: Quality Control Analyst

Location: Holly Springs, Wake County, North Carolina

Job Type: Contract

Duration: 12 months

  • Responsibilities:

    • Perform raw material compendia chemistry testing for QC samples in a GMP environment.

    • Perform product chemistry testing for QC samples.

    • Execute GMP testing and associated tasks in accordance with applicable SOPs and protocols.

    • Ensure test results are valid, accurate, and fully documented per regulatory and corporate requirements.

    • Follow procedures to maintain compliance with health and safety, legal, and regulatory requirements.

    • Participate in 6S/lean lab operations, preventive actions, and continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Required Skills:

    • Bachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline.

    • Working knowledge of GMPs, laboratory documentation practices, and data integrity expectations.

    • Knowledge of analytical methods and related laboratory instrumentation.

    • Experience with GLIMS Labware.

    • Experience testing to compendial standards (USP/EP) or strong knowledge of compendia.

  • Preferred Skills:

    • Prior experience supporting raw material and/or product release testing in a regulated QC laboratory.

    • Demonstrated experience contributing to continuous improvement/lean laboratory programs.
