Job description

Position Summary
Ethic Tech, LLC is seeking an Electronic Security Quality Control (QC) Manager to oversee the testing, inspection, and compliance of electronic security systems-such as access control, video surveillance, and alarm systems-to ensure installations meet strict quality and contract standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Quality Program Management: Develop and implement Quality Control Plans (QCP) and procedures for the installation, testing, and maintenance of Electronic Security Systems (ESS).
  • System Inspections: Conduct routine site inspections and internal audits to verify that work adheres to engineering drawings, technical specifications, and manufacturer guidelines.
  • Compliance & Standards: Ensure adherence to commercial building codes, ISO standards, or federal/Department of Defense (DoD) contract specifications.
  • Defect Tracking: Identify non-conformances, lead root-cause analyses, and enforce effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Interface with project managers, subcontractors, and clients or government representatives to communicate quality expectations and resolve discrepancies.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
  • Minimum of seven (7) years of relevant experience in the quality control field, including five (5) years of experience as a Quality Control Manager
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
  • Preferred credentials include NICET (National Institute for Certification in Engineering Technologies) in Fire Alarm or Electronic Security Systems, or ASQ (American Society for Quality) certifications.
  • Requires an active U.S. Government Secret clearance and the ability to obtain a Top Secret security clearance.
