Adecco is assisting a local client recruiting for Credit Quality Analyst opportunities in Charlotte, NC and Plano, TX. Responsibilities for a Credit Quality Analyst include but are not limited to:
  • Review credit agreements and loan documentation to determine pricing, contract terms, funding requirements, and lending conditions.

  • Enter and maintain accurate loan data in the Loan IQ (LIQ) system while ensuring compliance with internal policies and procedures.

  • Partner with deal teams to collect required documentation, answer questions, validate requirements, and prepare transactions for closing and booking.

  • Support loan booking and closing activities for Syndicated & Corporate Lending transactions, including occasional interaction with Agent Banks.

Candidates for Credit Quality Analyst must meet the following requirements to be considered:
  • Experience with Loan IQ (LIQ) or a similar loan management platform is required.

  • Degree in Finance, Banking, Business, or equivalent professional experience in banking, commercial lending, or credit operations.

  • Experience reviewing commercial credit, wholesale credit, syndicated loan documentation, or credit agreements.

  • Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Fulfillment, booking, or funding experience within nonresidential lending environments.

  • Knowledge of syndicated lending processes and corporate lending documentation.

  • Credit analysis experience and the ability to evaluate financial statements and credit-related information.

  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.

Pay Details: $28.74 to $30.46 per hour
