Standard Job Description You will be the Associate Manager Quality Engineering for the Quality Engineering team. Our team is responsible for applying quality principles across design, incoming material, production control, product evaluation, and supplier performance. What You Will Be Doing As the Associate Manager Quality Engineering you will be responsible for leading quality initiatives that ensure product and process excellence.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Directing technical evaluations of product requirements, specifications, and designs. Collaborating with program management, engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and customers to resolve quality issues. Leading failure investigations, material review board decisions, and corrective/preventive actions.

Developing and implementing strategies to improve internal and supplier performance. Designing and analyzing inspection and testing processes and conducting statistical analysis. A company-sponsored interim Secret clearance is required to start. Basic Qualifications -STEM Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or higher and/or equivalent experience/combined education. -Experienced professional in quality engineering, industrial engineering, or manufacturing/process engineering.

-Experience in project or personnel management or team lead experience. -Excellent communication skills. -Ability to obtain a secret security clearance.

Desired Skills - Active security Clearance - Experience in Calibration activities - Experience in working 2nd shift - AS9100 Audit activities - Experience in Hybrid Military Specifications (MIL-STD-883, MIL-STD-750), Industry Electronic Specifications (J-STD, IPC), and/or Mechanical Specifications (ASTM, GD&T). - Strong Microsoft, SAP, PLM experience. - Experience in failure analysis, corrective action, and presenting to top level management.
