As a Field Project Engineer at OneTrack.ai, you will be crucial in executing service projects in the field. This role requires a blend of technical expertise and problemโ€‘solving abilities to ensure project deliverables are met efficiently and effectively.

  • Travel Requirements: 75%+ with overnights.
Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and execute all onsite aspects of assigned field projects ensuring they comply with company standards and project specifications.
  • Collaborate/communicate with customers, field service managers, field service engineers, and other stakeholders to plan, design, and implement project activities.
  • Monitor project progress and adjust as necessary to ensure successful completion.
  • Conduct onโ€‘site investigations and analyze data (maps, reports, tests, drawings, etc.) to plan and design projects.
  • Prepare and review project documentation, including reports, proposals, and project schedules.
  • Manage resources, including materials, equipment, and personnel.
  • Ensure safety and compliance regulations are strictly adhered to at all project sites.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting solutions for projectโ€‘related issues.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients and stakeholders to provide updates and gather feedback.
  • Develop and maintain technical information used in the execution of field projects.
Qualifications & Requirements

The following qualifications are the minimum requirements necessary to successfully perform this role. However, any equivalent combination of experience, education, and training, which provides the necessary knowledge, skills, and abilities are acceptable.

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree is a plus. An associate degree and/or an equivalent level of education plus experience is also acceptable.
  • 5+ yearsโ€™ experience in field project execution.
  • Strong knowledge of technical service principles and techniques, project management methodologies, and quality standards.
  • Familiarity with CAD software (Fusion 360 preferred).
  • Proficiency in Google Workplace, Monday.com, Microsoft Office, and other software platforms utilized.
  • Excellent problemโ€‘solving, organizational, analytical, and decisionโ€‘making skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple assignments simultaneously.
  • Valid driverโ€™s license and good driving record.
