Summary: The Project Engineer role is an exciting opportunity for recent college graduates. This entry-level rotational program offers a comprehensive, immersive on-site experience designed to equip you with essential skills in the construction industry. Over the course of 18 months, you will undergo structured training, including 6 months in construction operations, 6 months in pre-construction, and 6 months in project management. Commitment: Candidates must be fully committed to being on-site for the duration of the field training program, allowing for hands-on experience and the opportunity to closely shadow experienced professionals on your assigned projects.

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in Construction, Engineering, Architecture, or Business strongly preferred
  • Previous experience on commercial job sites is highly desirable

  • Proficient in basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office 365 (Project, Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint), ProCore, and Adobe Suite
  • Ability to walk and stand for extended periods
