Job description

The Associate Project Manager is a mid-level position at a global leading LED display manufacturer. The candidate will be responsible for supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of custom LED display and Pro-AV integration projects from award through delivery and closeout. Work alongside senior project managers, engineering, and manufacturing to keep timelines, budgets, and deliverables on track across US and China teams.


Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain project schedules, task lists, and milestone tracking; flag risks and slippage early.
  • Coordinate cross-functional communication between sales, engineering, product, manufacturing (China), and clients.
  • Own project documentation: meeting notes, action items, submittals, RFIs, change orders, and status reports.
  • Track BOM, procurement, and delivery timelines against project budgets.
  • Support client-facing deliverables (presentations, spec sheets, drawings) and coordinate mockup/testing logistics.
  • Manage internal tooling (project boards, shared drives, PM software) and keep records current.
  • Assist with post-project closeout, documentation archival, and lessons-learned capture.


Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years in project coordination or management, ideally in AV, LED, construction, live events, or a related technical field.
  • Strong organizational and written/verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, ClickUp) and Microsoft 365 applications.
  • Ability to work across time zones with international teams.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with LED display technology, Pro-AV systems, or technical hardware products.
  • Exposure to structural/mechanical integration or venue installations.
  • Mandarin language proficiency is preferred to support communication and coordination with teams in China.
