Job Description

Turner & Townsendย is looking for anย Scheduler Lead -Associate Directorย to join our team. This individual will have strong leadership skills andย provenย track recordย of successfully manage scheduling on prior projects or programs.ย 

Responsibilities:ย 

  • Work in an integrated planning,ย costย and risk environment within the project toย optimizeย the use of available resources to complete work plan scopes within budget and time constraints.ย 
  • Ensure that the established planning and schedulingย methodologyย is followed in developing the project schedule.ย 
  • Develop Project Milestone and Progress tracking baselines.ย 
  • Assess subcontractor compliance with established schedulingย methodology.ย 
  • Contribute to the development of the Work Breakdown Structure to support project performance measurement.ย 
  • Perform analysis of schedule data;ย identifyย trends, issues, and areas requiring attention andย communicationย to the Project Director and Team.ย 
  • Communicate and collaborate with both internal and external clients on the project schedule.ย 
  • Contribute to the coaching and mentoring of the planningย teamย 
  • Lead schedule reporting, including schedule forecast updates and schedule contingency management for specific work packages.ย 
  • Lead schedule updates,ย analysis,ย and reportsย in a timely manner.ย 
  • Ensure complianceย withย contractorย schedules with the integrated schedules/milestones.ย 
  • Analyze resourceย requirementsย and availabilityย impactsย on the schedule and recommend recovery options.ย 
  • SOX control responsibilities may be part of this role, which are to be adhered to where applicable.ย 
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying,ย engineeringย or field related to construction.ย 
  • Graduate degree in quantity surveying, cost management, construction management, or engineering is preferred.ย 
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant experience working in a scheduling role in the construction industry.ย 
  • Experienceย working in complex, fast paced, multi-stakeholder environments which require proactive coordination to ensure project/programย success.ย 
  • Practical exposure to network planning structures and techniques, experienced user of Primavera Project Planner 6.0 or above, and Microsoft Project.ย 
  • Ability toย assistย with wider business initiatives asย needed,ย including responding to RFPs.ย ย 
  • Demonstrates excellent presentation, verbal, written,ย organizational,ย and communication skills.ย 
Additional Information

The salary range for this full-time role isย $140K-$1200Kย per year. Ranges are determined by role and level and represent a good faith effort to provide a fair and equitable salary. This range is a reflection of base salary only, not of a total compensation package. Please note Turner & Townsend reserves the right to pay more or less than the posted range, depending on candidate's experience and qualifications.ย
