Job description

Riverwoods Behavioral Health is hiring a licensed mental health therapist to provide diagnostic assessments, therapy, counseling, and support services for a diverse caseload including adults, adolescents, and families experiencing mental health issues, communication challenges, and or family conflict.

Riverwoods Behavioral Health’s approach to counseling is positive psychological based. Under the direction of Trish Henrie-Barrus Ph.D additional training will be available to augment the experience and skill of the candidate in positive psychology treatment approaches. Dr. Barrus Owner and Clinic Director developed the positive psychology program at the University of Utah and is an associate professor there. Her leading research and publications in positive psychology and ketamine treatments are a foundation of the practice.

We are a cutting-edge clinic with respect to ketamine and psychedelics. We have published two papers in peer reviewed journals and have a protocol that we have developed over the years. This position may also include working in our ketamine clinic supporting our ketamine assisted psychotherapy (KAP) program following training. RBH is on the leading edge of new treatment methodologies and research. Our affiliation with research groups leverages us to be forward things about mental health solutions. We want a candidate to have that desire and motivation.

Requirements
A Masters or PHD degree in a mental health program along with independent licenses such as an PhD, LMFT, LICSW or CMHC is required.
Compensation
  • W2 employment - $100,000 - $120,000 per year full-time 30-40 Hours. $60,000 - $100,000 per year part-time. (Based on FT or PT schedule, $60 to $90 per Hour)
  • Quarterly Bonuses based on FT or PT Hrs.
  • 401k with a 3% match
