Job description

The Digital Product group manages and delivers digital banking solutions for the Bank's clients, including consumers, small businesses, corporate and institutional.
As the Digital Product Analyst, you will provide analytical and reporting support for the Digital Product team by helping develop and improve the portfolio of products. This role is responsible for supporting the digital product suite (and other product suites as assigned) through data analysis, reporting creation and automation, and analysis of data trends and patterns to provide actionable insights that enhance product performance and customer satisfaction. This includes assisting in the management of projects and deliverables to ensure the performance standards are met, as well as executing on the strategy set and working with some level of autonomy to resolve or escalate issues quickly.
This role is hybrid (Monday - Thursday on-site) for candidates in the Kansas City metropolitan area.
How you will spend your time:
  • Work with a range of tactical and strategic responsibilities, including: Pricing model support, research, user stories, developing business requirements, UAT, etc.
  • Work cross-functionally with lines of business to achieve company objectives, standardize reporting and create dashboards, with emphasis on marketing and sales activities, effectiveness and business impact.
  • Proactively conduct market intelligence research to stay abreast of market changes and new developments.
  • Capture market data and routinely share this information with the team and other members of the team to increase awareness.
  • Analyze product data to track KPIs as well as identify trends to provide solutions or suggestions for product optimization.
  • Support incident analysis/root-cause documentation.
  • Develop training efforts for internal and external clients and operate as the technical liaison when minor issues arise.
  • Understand the compliance related function and system operations and can handle minor outstanding issues.
  • Maintain updated content on all collateral consistent with regulations, network requirements and marketing strategies.

  • An undergraduate degree or equivalent business experience.
  • At least 4 years of banking product knowledge experience or equivalent experience within applicable business or operational areas.

Bonus Points if you have:
  • Prior experience in supporting or management of Digital Banking or Treasury Management Products (e.g. Deposits, ACH, Wires, Lockbox, Remote Deposit Capture, Instant Payments, etc.).

$69,920 - $109,460
US Employees in Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Illinois, Massachusetts, Maryland, Minnesota, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Texas, Washington, and Wisconsin:
$63,830 - $100,210
US Employees in all other states not listed above:
$57,760 - $90,960
