Schedule

6am - 2:30pm (or until finished)

Days: Monday - Saturday, with Sundays off and a revolving day off during the week

Essential Duties and Responsibilities Include, but Are Not Limited To:

We are seeking hard-working and reliable packing associates to join our growing operation!

Repack Associates ensure produce items are packaged in accordance to customers specifications (eaches/ weight/quality) while meeting production and productivity standards. These orders are packed with product integrity in mind. We strive to maintain a safe warehouse environment while specializing in building organized orders with attention to quality and accuracy while meeting all food safety programs. This is a steady paced position that requires a standard of a certain pieces per hour which is easily within reach for candidates that are hired on.

Qualifications

Required Skills and Experience

  • High School Diploma or GED or equivalent
  • Must follow instructions, respond to management direction.
  • Must have intermediate English skills (reading/writing/speaking).
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved oral instructions in English.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Positive attitude and high level of effort
  • Ability to work inrefrigerated (36 F) environments
  • Ability to lift up to 60lbs
  • Basic math skills and read weigh scales.
  • Attendance is critical; employee must be dependable to report to work on time as scheduled.
  • Ability to observe and follow proper safety procedures, and a willingness to report potentially unsafe conditions.

Preferred Skills and Experience

  • Riding pallet jack and/or forklift experience a plus
