- Operate and maintain machining equipment to fabricate high-quality metal parts and components according to specified blueprints and technical drawings.
- Set up machines including CNC and manual machinists tools to perform tasks such as drilling, cutting, and shaping metal materials.
- Inspect finished parts for quality assurance, ensuring compliance with company standards and customer specifications.
- Collaborate closely with the fabrication team and engineering to optimize processes and resolve machining issues.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment adhering to all safety protocols and guidelines.
- Assist in troubleshooting equipment malfunctions and perform routine preventative maintenance on machining tools.
- Document production activities and report progress, issues, and recommendations to supervisors.
