Our client seeks an Associate Manager to support the Streaming Solutions team within DAS Client Partnerships. The role focuses on developing advertising solutions and sponsorships across Hulu and Disney+, specifically within the Unscripted programming vertical. The Associate Manager will partner with Sales, Marketing, Research, Analytics, and Creative teams to build data-driven, scalable solutions that drive revenue and advertiser ROI.

Due to client requirements, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

Rate: $50.00 to $60.00/hr. w2

Responsibilities:
  • Lead development of Unscripted streaming sponsorships, including custom content, ad products, and cross-platform solutions.
  • Partner with leadership to shape sponsorship strategy and align with marketplace demand.
  • Package and merchandise opportunities in collaboration with Research, Analytics, Pricing, and network stakeholders.
  • Develop custom solutions for key programming priorities.
  • Create pitch materials and support client-facing storytelling.
  • Lead or participate in cross-functional brainstorms with CreativeWorks and Disney+/Hulu marketing.
  • Act as liaison for RFPs with internal teams including Client Connect and CreativeWorks.
  • Support internal approval processes across Network, Legal, S&P, and Business Affairs.
  • Provide guidance on packaging, positioning, and execution.
  • Support activation of sold deals, including kickoff calls, stakeholder alignment, content rights and approvals, and social extensions where applicable.
  • Manage deal documentation, including agreements, budgets, billing, and reporting.
Experience Requirements:
  • Strong project management and execution skills.
  • High attention to detail and organization.
  • Strong communication skills and comfort working cross-functionally in fast-paced environments.
  • Experience packaging media opportunities and working with media plans.
  • Ability to balance brand, client, and revenue priorities.
  • Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple workstreams.
