About the Role:

In this role, you will lead the strategic and operational management of the Reese's brand in Canada. You will own the annual brand plan, drive fully integrated marketing campaigns, partner with cross-functional teams to deliver flawless in-market execution, and steward both innovation and renovation initiatives. You will operate as a strong business manager balancing insights, creativity, financial rigour, and cross-functional leadership to drive sustained growth for one of Hershey's most iconic brands.

What will you do:

  • Lead the creation of the annual Reese's brand plan, grounded in consumer insights and commercial priorities
  • Develop, lead, and execute best-in-class IMC campaigns with agency partners, ensuring strong creative and media delivery against critical in-market timelines
  • Partner with Sales and cross-functional teams to align go-to-market activation plans and ensure flawless execution in-market
  • Lead commercialization process for innovation and renovation projects, collaborating closely with Operations, R&D, Finance, and Packaging
  • Strong ownership of marketing budget; identify and manage the brand's budget spend to effectively execute plans

Outcomes Expected:

  • Deliver integrated marketing communications and 360 campaigns that reinforce brand equity and drive full funnel results
  • Maximize growth opportunities through proactive monitoring of brand and competitive performance and translating insights into actionable recommendations
  • Ensure successful in-market activations aligned with business and marketing objectives
  • Maintain commercialization timelines and portfolio optimization
  • Present compelling selling stories to internal leadership and retailer partners to win support for recommendations

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Build compelling presentations for senior management, sales organization, and external buyers
  • Drive continuous assessment of consumer, customer, and category trends to inform brand strategy
  • Proactively identify risks and roadblocks; take initiative to problem-solve and keep plans on track
  • Cultivate strong working relationships with internal (Sales, R&D, Operations) and external (agency, packaging suppliers) partners

Experience & Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • Minimum of 2 years of progressive brand management experience in Packaged Goods or similarly disciplined industry

The anticipated base salary range for this role is from $84,800 to $106,000 per year.  The actual base salary offered will depend on a variety of jobrelated factors, including, but not limited to, experience, skill set, education, and training.  In addition to a market-competitive base salary, our Total Rewards package includes performancebased incentives and a comprehensive, competitive benefits package designed to support overall physical, mental, and financial wellbeing (as applicable).
