Transaction Processor Associate II
Pay Rate: $20.22/hour
Work Arrangement: Onsite
Position Overview
Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Transaction Processor Associate II to join a fast-paced processing team. This role is ideal for someone who is accurate, organized, comfortable working with data, and able to maintain productivity while meeting strict quality standards.
You will research, analyze, and update consumer information across multiple systems while supporting eligibility and transaction processing activities.
Key Responsibilities
  • Process case maintenance transactions accurately and within established procedures
  • Research, review, and update consumer information in multiple systems
  • Evaluate medical expenses for program eligibility
  • Enter consumer information into eligibility determination systems
  • Communicate professionally through written and verbal channels
  • Meet established daily productivity and quality standards
  • Identify, document, and correct data or quality issues
  • Maintain accurate records and complete assignments within required deadlines
  • Follow established procedures, attendance requirements, and operational guidelines
  • Provide professional internal and external customer service

Qualifications
  • Minimum typing speed of 40 WPM required
  • College degree and previous eligibility determination or transaction processing experience preferred
  • Strong data entry, accuracy, and attention-to-detail skills
  • Ability to work at a sustained pace while maintaining quality
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
