As a Project Engineer in the Wastewater Department, you will work with project teams to support wastewater infrastructure projects from planning and design through construction. This role works closely with project managers, engineers, technical staff, and clients to help deliver quality projects that serve the communities we work in.
Requirements
What You'll Do
  • Develops project plans, specifications, and technical reports
  • Performs engineering calculations, design work, and software modeling
  • Coordinates work with surveying and civil engineering technician staff
  • Supports construction administration, observation, and startup related responsibilities
  • Assists with project coordination to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
  • Works with project managers and clients to support successful project delivery
  • Provides technical guidance and mentorship to staff engineers and engineering technicians

What You Bring
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an accredited four year program
  • Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) required
  • 4 to 8 years of relevant engineering experience
  • Experience with wastewater infrastructure projects preferred
  • Strong communication and problem solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid driver's license
