A global leader in premium headwear is hiring a Senior Marketing Associate to drive integrated marketing initiatives across B2B, B2C, and D2C channels. This role combines strategic marketing, digital growth, analytics, and brand execution to support product launches, customer engagement, distributor marketing, and business development.

The ideal candidate is a data-driven marketer who understands today's evolving landscape, including AI-powered marketing tools, digital analytics, and omnichannel campaign execution. They are comfortable managing multiple initiatives while collaborating with sales, creative, product development, e-commerce, and external partners to grow the brands.



Requirements

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, retail, wholesale, trade, and distributor channels.

- Develop marketing strategies supporting B2B, B2C, and D2C business objectives.

- Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and other reporting platforms, translating data into actionable recommendations.

- Leverage AI-driven marketing tools to improve campaign planning, content development, workflow efficiency, customer insights, and marketing performance.

- Support product launches through marketing plans, sales enablement materials, digital campaigns, and customer communications.

- Oversee creative execution with internal designers, photographers, agencies, and production partners to ensure brand consistency and project quality.

- Develop presentations, marketing collateral, sales tools, and customer-facing materials.

- Coordinate trade shows, sponsorships, retail activations, customer events, and partnership programs.

- Manage website content, email marketing, social media, and digital marketing initiatives.

- Collaborate with sales teams, distributors, retailers, and key customers on joint marketing opportunities.

- Manage project timelines, marketing budgets, external vendors, and campaign schedules.

- Monitor consumer behavior, market trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies to identify new growth opportunities.

 

Required Qualifications

- 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably within fashion, outdoor, lifestyle, sporting goods, apparel, or consumer brands.

- Experience developing marketing strategies across B2B, B2C, and D2C business models.

- Strong understanding of digital marketing, performance marketing, customer acquisition, and marketing analytics.

- Hands-on experience with Google Analytics (GA4) and digital reporting platforms.

- Familiarity with AI-powered marketing tools and the ability to incorporate AI into strategy, workflow optimization, content development, and campaign execution.

- Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills.

- Experience managing multiple cross-functional projects simultaneously.

- Ability to collaborate across sales, product, creative, and executive leadership.

- Self-motivated, proactive, and highly organized.

- Experience in the fashion, headwear, outdoor, active lifestyle, or promotional products industry.
