Position Summary...The Manager, People Operations (Health & Wellness) is a strategic partner responsible for translating the Field People Strategy into coordinated, actionable plans that enable successful execution across the business. This role partners with People, Operations and cross-functional teams to integrate, prioritize and sequence initiatives, ensuring field leaders and associates are equipped to effectively implement People strategies while balancing operational priorities and capacity.What you'll do...

The Manager, People Operations provides an enterprise view of People activity impacting the field Health & Wellness teams, identifying dependencies, potential collisions, capacity constraints and implementation risks. Through strong program management, analytics, governance and change leadership, this role helps ensure People initiatives are thoughtfully planned, clearly communicated and effectively executed.

The successful candidate will bring strong business acumen, analytical thinking, program management expertise and the ability to influence across a complex organization.

Strategic Planning & Field Integration

  • Translate the Field Health & Wellness People Strategy and business priorities into integrated annual, quarterly and initiative-level execution plans.
  • Partner with People, Health & Wellness Operations and cross-functional stakeholders to align priorities, timelines, dependencies and field requirements.
  • Provide an integrated view of People initiatives impacting field leaders and associates, ensuring initiatives are appropriately prioritized and sequenced.
  • Assess the cumulative impact of planned initiatives on field capacity and recommend adjustments to timing, sequencing or implementation approaches.
  • Connect enterprise People priorities with field operational realities to enable effective and sustainable execution.

Program & Portfolio Management

  • Lead the integration and coordination of multiple People programs and initiatives from planning through field implementation.
  • Develop and maintain an integrated activity calendar/database that provides visibility to upcoming People initiatives, milestones and field impacts.
  • Develop and manage collision models to identify overlapping initiatives, competing priorities and potential capacity constraints.
  • Establish governance mechanisms to support initiative intake, prioritization, decision-making, risk management and escalation.
  • Monitor program milestones, dependencies and implementation risks and proactively recommend solutions when issues arise.
  • Drive accountability across stakeholders to ensure commitments, timelines and implementation requirements are achieved.

Field Readiness & Change Management

  • Assess organizational and field readiness for new People initiatives and identify risks that could impact successful implementation or adoption.
  • Partner with stakeholders to develop change, communication and implementation strategies that support field understanding and execution.
  • Ensure leaders and associates receive clear, timely and actionable information, tools and resources.
  • Evaluate change saturation and competing business priorities to minimize unnecessary disruption to field operations.
  • Incorporate field feedback and lessons learned into future planning and implementation strategies.

Insights, Analytics & Continuous Improvement

  • Leverage quantitative and qualitative data to identify trends, emerging issues, implementation risks and improvement opportunities.
  • Analyze recurring field questions, issues and feedback to identify root causes and proactively recommend solutions.
  • Develop and monitor metrics that assess initiative readiness, adoption, execution and overall field impact.
  • Translate complex information and data into clear insights and recommendations for People and business leadership.
  • Identify opportunities to simplify processes, improve planning practices and enhance the effectiveness of People initiative deployment.

Communications & Leadership Engagement

  • Develop, review and provide guidance on communications, implementation tools and project plans to ensure business priorities are clearly understood.
  • Ensure consistent and coordinated communication across established field channels.
  • Lead and facilitate planning sessions, governance forums, field leadership calls and annual business meetings.
  • Develop executive-level presentations, recommendations and decision materials.
  • Communicate complex initiatives in a clear and compelling manner appropriate for executive, leadership and field audiences.

Strategic Business Partnership

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to People and business partners on initiative prioritization, field capacity, readiness and implementation.
  • Influence cross-functional partners and leaders to align around priorities, timelines and execution requirements.
  • Build strong relationships across People, Operations and other business functions to enable effective decision-making and execution.
  • Anticipate potential barriers and proactively develop solutions that balance People priorities with business and operational needs.
